At Seventy Financial Planning, we use a three steps process for conducting business:
Step 1: Fact Finding
This involves us gaining a full understanding of our clients' circumstances.
Step 2: Preparation
Preparation of a cash flow-projection using Truth Software.
In our opinion, this is the most important and valuable step in the process. We use all our understanding about a client, often comparing various scenarios, to establish the feasibility and likelihood of their goals/Aspirations becoming a reality. It is our aim to use the result of this step as the "blueprint" to guide our policy recommendations.
Step 3: Implementation
Should you instruct us to proceed with any of our recommendations we will act for you in the following ways:
• Handle all fund and policy administration on your behalf;
• Provide regular updates to keep you informed of progress;
• Ensure all your documents are issued in line with your expectations;
• Provide confirmation of all actions taken on your behalf in writing.
Annual Review
Once we have completed this process we conduct annual reviews (which is effectively the periodic repeating of the above three steps).
In our ongoing reviews we will re-visit our cash-flow modelling projections, discuss the full range of our on-going services and consider the ongoing suitability of client arrangements.
